ROOKIE: (to Max referring to who Todd is) Take it easy big guy, I know who he is. He�s Sargent Star.

MAX: Kelly, will you please tell the officer who he�s taking orders from?

KELLY: Sargent Star.

BLAIR: (saluting) Hello, Sargent Star.

TODD: (to Max) You�ve been outvoted.

TODD: (to Rookie) Okay, ten four I�m in pursuit.

ROOKIE: Maybe I should call for backup.

TODD: Wait, no. You stay here and secure the perimiter and if the perp should come back to the scene of the crime then you CB on the horn frequency.

ROOKIE: Right, but if I don�t hear from you in 10 minutes, I�m calling the dispatcher and coming after you.

TODD: (thru megaphone) Roger, that.

BLAIR: Thank you.

TODD: Your welcome.

BLAIR: For nothing!

TODD: You have no respect for authority.

TODD: But in this outfit I can walk right into the evidence room, I can steal back your clothes, come on, I�ll give you whatever you want, I�ll get you some laundered money, how about a hand grenade, I�ll get you some sensible shoes......
