Subject: Sorry, Pilar, but I think GT has completely minimized the connection between Blair and Max. I agree that they DID have a strong sexual chemistry, but GT has seen fit to ignore that, just like he's chosen to ignore Tea's influence in Todd's life. What happened in the PAST doesn't matter anymore (to GT). It's a whole new ballgame. Blair and Max were never really in love, and Todd and Blair have just been kidding themselves all this time that they were apart.
