Subject: Questions for those "people who know"

Given that WPHT is a 50,000 watt station, with no same format competition in the 5th largest market in the country: How long will Infinity tolerate mediocre to poor numbers? What comes first: A management massacre or a format flip? And for God's sake, when?

I feel sorry for the sales people. I am sure the budgets are huge and management won't listen to the facts of the god awful ratings senario. Can we talk about a no-win situation? What do these poor souls have to sell?
