Subject: One problem with the legal system is that, although no lawyer might actually win a case like that, there are too many who are more than happy to take their clients money to try, forcing the poor schmuk on the other side to hire his own lawyer, who makes a lot of money out of it too. If you are sued, you lose, whether there is a case or not. Both lawyers win. Were I in Surf's position, and my hobby got me into legal trouble, I would get another hobby. Not worth it.
