Subject: RF, who decides the "official" all city team(s)? I believe the PSAL, CHSAA and Bklyn/Queens parochials each choose all city/all star squads. Is a combo team then selected by local sports writers? QB John O'Neil of HC earned first team CHSAA a few years ago, but I don't recall O'Neil -- or anyone else -- being named "all city".
