Chaka, I agree. Let's work on our existing programs before expanding into new areas. The cost & Title IX implications of adding lacrosse would be a major hurdle--especially if we ever decide to go scholarship football. Who knows? If this west-side stadium is for real, maybe Fordham could eventually move to Division 1A, and play some opponents like BC and Army in front of decent-sized crowds. Of course, Fr. McShane seems dubious about this (whatever his feelings on lax) and, at best, this would be years in the future.
