Subject: I thought it was a hoop but Duke's TO's cost them the game not that call. How about the clock oerator not starting the clock on the inbound at the end of the 1st half!!! Unreal. At least the refs got that call right. It looks like A-10 teams aren't the only ones w/ refing problems.
