        • Rambacker - Pearl's package calls for about $800K per year in base pay, plus incentives.             • One correction - Pearl's annual package consists of the following: base pay of $225K; radio/television commitments (includes the CSS show) of $250K; equipment and apparel fees of $225K; and endorsement/appearance fees of $100K.
