Subject: Thanks for the articles. I cannot say I agree with the rulings, but rules are rules and therefore must be adhered to. I think NJ may want to look into changing the rule. Perhaps set it up so that once you have entered high school you are only allowed to play 4 years of high school basketball. If a kid is good enough to play high school basketball as a 7th or 8th grader then I see no harm if they do.
