Ramfan
Subject:
Why don't you go call his coaches at Port Chester High School and see if Fordham ever showed up for a game to see him play, and if they did, if they ever came back. The Iona coaches were on him hard the whole time, attended his games and practices, and they landed him. I know, because I was at some of those games. Fordham was never in the picture, outside MAYBE a phone call to the coach. If you could pull your inflated head out of your ass for a minute, and stop relying on everything you read on recruiting sites, you might realize that what you're saying has zero substance.

Your statements above are all inaccurate, as usual. We did recruit Calhoun for a time as a backup, and the player you posted about is not even on our radar screen. We are looking at hundreds of players right now, he's not even close to a priority. How's that for perspective? And your statement that I talk to our coaching staff is one of your typical shots in the dark. Sorry, wrong again. But keep trying if you like. The hole keeps getting deeper. And finally, you are resorting to threats. That's lowlife stuff. Now we are seeing the true ramfan.

Our coaches watched him play several times and he was on our radar screen as a backup to Lowe and Austrie. Fact. Next inaccuracy? By the way, he will be a nice player for Iona. If he were 6' or bigger, he'd be in the Big East or A-10. (

Actually, no they did not. Why don't you call the Port Chester High School coaching staff and ask them? They were at his school one time. Fordham was never a contender for the kid (perhaps because they backed off), but Iona and Northeastern were. But thanks for playing. Maybe you should get a clarification from the coaching staff, because the info you got is wrong. For all your bluster, you're wrong. Go call Jeff Charney at Port Chester High School. (

You are really embarrassing yourself. Our coaches have seen him play a number of times in AAU games and at Port Chester and he was considered as a backup recruit at one point, but the decision was made not to go after him. Do you think college coaches just go to high school games? And high school coaches don't always know who is in the stands. This is getting funny. (

Well since nobody knows who you are, then maybe you are right. (

Fordham's coaches were only at Port Chester's gym one time. And the possibility of them being there without the coaches knowing it is nil. If you'd been to this gym, you would know that. The gym is tiny. So please, stop the ridiculous speculation, because that's all you do- speculate about players you've never seen and know nothing about. Have you ever seen Calhoun play? Do you know anything about him other than what some coach told you? We both know the answer, and it's a negative. You're a pathetic, college basketball hanger-on, a lackey for the coaches begging to get crumbs of recruiting information to post on the board so you'll feel validated. You are a sad, sad man, and I really feel for the Fordham coaches for having to put up with you. BTW, College coaches don't only go to high school games? I never would have guessed that considering that I've been to some of the biggest AAU tournaments in the country! (

Oh, now you've gained credibility. Sure. You've been to "some of the biggest AAU tournaments in the country"? Wow! That is really, really incredible. Do you have any idea how pathetic you are? You are a marginalized person who is making a total fool of yourself on this message board. Who the hell cares if you went to some AAU tournaments? Are you actually serious? That is beyond pathetic. Every single thing you have posted about Melvin Calhoun is incorrect. You should really be spending your time doing something else, like making a list of the high school games you've been to for your personal diary. Does the word "LOSER!" mean anything to you? (

Rambacker, have you ever thought that maybe, just maybe, it’s part of Ramfan’s “job” to attend AAU games/tournaments? I’m not going to say anymore on the subject but someday Ramfan’s identity might click with you and you are going to look foolish. (

I'll never know who ramfan is because I'll never spend 2 seconds thinking about it. I couldn't care less who he is - if he says things about me that are untrue and posts information here that I know to be untrue, I'll call him on it. How do you know what I do for a living? Ever think I may have a job that relates to this information? He should be embarrassed. (
