The statement wasn't out of context. It was exactly what he said. He did also mention that good programs are solid in many ways top to bottom, but not in context with the arena comments. I would suggest that your positioning of his comments is out of context. But I agree that we need to improve some internal elements of our program. Quoting someone word-for-word does not necessarily guarantee that the quote is given in context. By definition, context is what surrounds the quote, and not the quote itself. And I'm fairly certain that he brought up the whole "running a program at the highest level" thing in his response to the arena question.
