Paul wasn't JUST the Kwisatz Haderach (he was the KH), he was also more.
The reason he was more was because he had been born in the proper place and time, with the proper circumstances to change the course of human history. While the bene gesserit concept of the Kwisatz haderach was simply a male reverend mother who would provide perfect predictability for them, they didn't envision someone who by his very existence could change the course of the future. That's why Paul isn't only the Kwisatz Haderach he's the fulcrum, the sleeper.

And if Paul wasn't what the bene Gesserit's expected, Leto II was even more what they didn't expect. First off Leto II was pre-born or "abomination" in the sister-hood's mind. They NEVER inteded the Kwisatz haderach to be preborn.
Also, he was born of a fremen bloodline as well as their own meticuluously breeded one. he was a complete wild card mucking up all their calculations and so forth.
Leto II was definitely NOT what the sisterhood intended. In fact he was further from what they expected than Paul was.

Of course I have to look up specific instances of Paul having other memory, but I believe after he takes the water of life he gets lost in the past and future trance. And basically that "place where no woman can go" is partly based on the fact that women could not retain the memories of men, whereas Paul could look into the memories of both his male and female ancestors.
Maybe I am off on that. But I am pretty sure he had other memory just like any other reverend mother.
