FEMA and Homeland Security dropped the ball, Bush decided to go to fund raisers and give speaches pushing his drug bill to rich retired people instead of taking care of the disaster in the gulf. Perhaps if he could have raised a few million for the republican party while he was there he might have shown up sooner....
