Subject: The WRU have ruled. We broke the regulations. Nothing at all to do with the player concerned who is innocent in all this, we forgot to confirm and check the paperwork was completed properly. Cant blame anyone in this but ourselves. Agree about Coutts though - crazy giving away parts of our team when the seasons outcome is still far from certain.
