Where is it going wrong? Let me tell you!
There seems to be a total lack of belief and motivation within the squad a thing that is necessary in order to win the type of game we seen last night. We need to get this area right. Speaking to many of the players and they say that a big loss to their motivation process is the �Steelettes�. Some of you may laugh but this is a serious issue that effects the future of Ebbw Vale RFC. The �Steelettes� have been absent and so has our belief, we need them back immediately if we want to finish on the top half of the table this season.

I for one as a supporter feel a sense of pride and passion when the �Steelettes� take the field, so god knows how our players feel. There�s not even music anymore, we got to sort this serious issue out!
