Ben has signed for Sale and is no longer an Ebbw Vale player. He said goodbye in the clubhouse after the game on Wednesday and we must wish him good luck in his future rugby career as he did put a huge effort into our front row for the time he was with us to contribute to our survival in the premier league for another season.I also think there was enough endeavour and hard work in the second half on wednesday to to think that we do have a squad that is capable of competing with the best in the division.

Nice one and thanks for that Senior. Ah well, it's bye bye to Ben. We owe him a great deal of thanks for the effort he put in. From the time he arrived (Bridgend away), he put ina massive effort and made a real impact on opposing players. Granted, he made a few errors of judgemen on the field, but who hasn't?
