Tough game although we didnt do ourselves any favours.

Weather conditions, very string wind down the pitch and bordering on monsoon conditions at times.

Our scrum has improved. The lineout still needs work.

First half our tackling left a lot to be desired, each runner making 4 or 5m over gain line before being stopped. We struggled to put men on the floor as well.

Weak tackling gifted them 2 tries with simple 1v1 misses.

Lots of turnovers for both sides but the weather maybe responsible for that.

Played better second half but in the last time minutes questionable tactics trying to play a wide open fast game in that weather when we really needed a tight slow game to eat up the clock.

A tight win but a needed win. Pretty much ensures safety in the league but at the same time pretty much finishes off llanharan.

I think every man gave 100% in effort, but there were still a lot of first-up tackles missed. Mind you their numbers 4 & 8 were really good with ball in hand and took some stopping.     - A decision he got right, in fairness, as the ball shaved the inside of the left hand upright (from the kicker's point-of-view. However, some of his advantage interpretations - for both sides - were strange and his arm signals were totally confusing! Still, not a bad job on a foul night...         First half in particular we were lucky he didnt intend to card anyone at all ever as we did kill the ball and get called for it a fair amount. Advantage rule best described as "variable". (NT) -- -, 15:34:08 02/10/05 Thu
