Exactly the same as last saturday except this time we didnt even compete for 1 half.

Forwards were absolutely pathetic, driven backwards, slow ball, turnovers everywhere. Lineout started off bad, got marginally better.
Scrum poor - the only option was a rushed No.8 pickup. Backs incapable of holding onto the ball for more than 1 phase.

No creativity from structured play at all - no angles, nobody hitting at pace.

Pontypools scores came from keeping it tight. Identical problem as last saturday with the same predictable results.

On the last 2 performances its fairly obvious we have the least competetive pack in the league. We've been slaughtered by 2 bottom half of the league teams twice in a week.

And what's more, it was a fair result. Pooler looked as if they were going to get 50 for a while. Even with the substitutes coming on, things didn't improve. Well played Pooler a well deserved win for a well organised team that played as if they wanted it. Is it too much to ask that we will learn from this woeful performance?
