Just checking, but:

1. Did Spike know Anya was back to being a Vengeance Demon at that point? When did he find out?

2. Are vengeance demons required to grant wishes. I know they can. Does it logically follow that they have to? Is Anya telling him "don't" literal because she'd be obligated to grant a wish - or is it figurative because the point was she no longer wanted to wish...
