This will definitely be a struggle to resolve. None of the local dealers know anything about this problem (so they say) and the Suzuki Customer Service rep I spoke to blew me off (told me to see my local dealer). I called the number in the owners manual for reporting safety problems and did get someone to call me back. She took my VIN number and said the Customer Service would get in touch with me. Hopefully I can keep my sanity and get some satisfaction.
