Subject: No fuel injected to start

Have trouble starting my 2000 tlr when it is its first start for the day.No dealer codes are thrown. It seems no fuel is being injected to start it. Fuel pump and pressure are fine,compression is good and brand new battery. If I spary one squirt of gas in the throttle bodies it starts right up and runs great,shut it off and starts right up. How can I fix this?
