TL1000S Gas Leak Overflow Tube HELP!

Please help me out!

My shop says wy overflow tube has a crack in it. So when I fill up the tank it pees on the ground!
This happened right after major ingine work....

Could they have done it?

Got an idea how to fix it?!

If you could e-mail me a page from the manual where it shows EXACTLY how all the stuff on the tank should be hoked up that would be GREAT!!! I can read pdf files, I use windows 98.
