I just turn the throttle myself('97 TLS). In first it comes very easy just with throttle, 2nd is just about as easy...I like doing standups in 2nd, I just get rolling about 55-66mph in 2nd, standup....pull the handlbars as I turn the throttle and it stands right up. Just don't go past 12'oclock!
