Subject: No to weak spark from coils

Hi guys and gals.
My 00 TLR decided to let me down today after a long time of reliability. I have many modifications done including the fuel injection resistor mod. This makes the choke useless as you will immediatly foul the plugs if you use it. I tried to start my bike yesterday to ring it out after laying dormet for a few months and it had a rough time starting and never really "caught fire" I actually ran the battery down. I charged it back up and this time it was firing worse than before and never even sounded like it was going to run. I figured that the plugs were fouled which irritated me because they were new with less than 100 miles on them. They were very dirty so I cleaned them off very well. I put the whole thing back together and it wouldnt even fire?????? This morning I tore the tank and airbox off to look at the coils. I tested the spark plug wires and it seams that the intitial rotation of the engine gave a firing signal once and thats it. Its dead after that. I put a voltmeter on the orange coil wire and that confirmed it was getting an intermitent signal only on the first revolution of the engine and then dead after that. Is there any thing else I can test or jump to see whats wrong with this thing? This thing was running like a raped ape not 2 days ago. The last time I tried to start it, it seams to deteriorate from sounding like it was ready to start right up to firing once in a very long start sequence. So far I have reseated all connections on both coils, the ECU, that little modual with 4 pins next to the ecu the Realay next to the fuse box. What are the 2 wires frome each coil and where do they lead to? I am at a stand still with this so any logical help would be greatly appreaciated.
Thakns
