Subject: FI Dealer Code C24

My TLR is only running on the rear cylinder, I get C24 as a FI dealer code. I am getting 12 volts at the orange and white coil wire, and if i swap the other low voltage wires between the coils the spark changes to the other cylinder indicating that the coils, plugs and HT side is fine. When the engine is turned over I get an intermittent 12 volts on both coil input wires. Could the ECU be defective? Is there any other check I can do? I can't get it into a dealer for another month! Thanks.
