Subject: Another fantasy bites the dust!!!

I'm at the airport leaving Florida ~~~shouts to DJEgirl~~~ and I must share another fantasy bubble that was burst during my stay this week.

Remember that episode of JAG where Mac has to defend that guy who beat his wife and killed her boyfriend...the one where Bud and Harriett were making out on the beach in the middle of the night? Let me say: No way, Hosea!!! While on TDY we work long days, but a co-worker said we should go for a stroll on the beach to unwind late one evening. I've never strolled the beach at night, for obvious reasons, but he's a big guy so I figured nobody would attack us/him....me. Duhh. Nobody did, but did you all know that all sorts of creatures stroll the beach at night? Evil blood sucking, toe crunching creatures? MY GAWD!!!! They were everywhere!! My co-worker had to carry me about a quarter mile through the sand to safety. I'd a felt sorry for his poor huffing, sweating self but that would mean that I would have to walk. And I was NOT walking!! Now back to Bud and Harriett. Can you imagine exposing sensitive body parts to that menagerie? I don't think so. If you are going to make out on the beach, I say it must be duing the day....at least for me. LOL!
