Silly, I know, but it is not that easy to get bagels in Taiwan. They are only available in places like Starbuck (besides, they are expensive, but not good). I finally in an American place! YUP!! Bagels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am !!!!

  - the artwork will change EVERY season.. Most will show cast changes on the cover.. REmington Steele the first season had just Pierce Brosnan trying to capitalize on his james bond popularity - second season it had stephanie zimbalist too and third season has doris Roberts too even though she joined the cast in season two...       - I'd say $35 to $40...based on where you buy it and if you buy it the first week (like we'd wait past the first day). Desp. Housewives at Target was $35 I think. Circuit City is usually $5-10 off the first week as well, plus they price match by 10% the difference if another store beats their price. You have to shop around. Don't bother w/ Borders...their prices are ridiculously high.         Let me clarify that...Border's is too high on CDs and DVDs. But their book prices are great. Best sellers are 30% off, they frequently give 15-30% coupons and their "clearance" prices are really good if you look hard enough. I recently bought two beautiful coffee table style history books. Finally got to watch LOST from last week, well except for the tail end of it. Timer must be off on my VCR. Can anyone fill me in on the ending? I saw up to the point where Claire is telling Rouseau that she realized that she was just trying to save her.

This was a very interesting episode, especially the bit where Kate finds the fake beard, obviously it's the same man that Jack butted heads with. But who is the "He" that he was telling Ethan about. And the vaccine, another strange thing. Verrrrrry interesting, LOL. Down another rabbit hole it seems.

- Well, I suppose you mean the very last part right after Claire gives the baby the little crochet shoe. Next, Locke takes their prisoner his meal. He casually lets Locke know he heard what he said about Hemingway and Dostoevsky earlier. They start talking about them and the prisoner asks which one Locke was, the genius or the one he lived in the shadow of the genius. Then, he adds that he didn´t understand why Locke let Jack call the shots. Locke says no one calls the shots and leaves. Outside the cell, he knocks over the dishes on the sink in a fit of rage. - Well, since Hallmark decided not to show JAG reruns, guess I will pull out my tapes and watch them until the DVD's come out. I really like to watch Crossing Jordan (hoping Jordon and Woody get to spend more time together) and NCIS (however, I miss Kate and wish she would come back and marry Tony and settle him down). - I'm a self-proclaimed country music addict. This will be my 3rd year attending the CMA Music Festival in Nashville; it's a 4-day event consisting of concerts, autograph signings, meet-n-greets, auctions, and live interviews. Exhausting, but a ton of fun! I came down with a high fever last year after standing in the pouring rain for two hours to watch Trisha Yearwood (my all-time favorite) perform, but it was totally worth it. Let's see... as of next week, I'll have seen Keith Urban and Dierks Bentley in concert 5 times each. I know nearly every single song that comes on the radio, except if it's a brand-new single or a song recorded before 1960; in fact, family and friends often come to me asking "Who sings this or that song?" - The Sixty Minute Man isn't even a show yet. They've ordered it to pilot, then it gets looked at with all the other 100's of new pilots. Then once they figure out what shows are coming back in the fall and how many slots they need to fill they decide from those numerous pilots which ones they think will be the best. So you won't see an air time on ABC. They are just casting for the pilot right now, then they'll film and then ABC will look at all the pilots and decide which ones they think will be a success. Hope this helps, but it's not a for sure thing it will even be chosen. You'll have to wait and see later on when they announce the new fall lineups for the networks.   - While it's pretty certain that DJE would star in the show if picked up (he did get a big ABC dev. contract) the other actors could change for various reasons.     - Actually I read somewhere that Andrea Parker who played Kate Pike was busy with another project and couldn't do JAG the first season. When CBS picked it up they wanted Meg replaced with an "actress with dark hair and at least 5 foot 9 9 inches tall".       - What I heard yrs. ago was that NBC wanted more action, less courtroom (not the JAG DPB envisioned) and they wanted a blonde ... hence Meg. The CBS version was what DPB created and w/ "Kate" not avail. by that time, CB writing the letter, etc. the rest is show biz history. DPB wanted Harm and his partner equals ... Meg was jr. That's why Mac came in as a Major ... same rank as Harm and could stand up to him, like Kate did. The irony was that NBC had AP in another show after not wanting her in JAG. (NT) -- Sunny ...         I liked S1. After all, it was the one that got me hooked. Sure, it was different from the rest of the other nine seasons, and certainly more story/action-oriented than character-oriented. I don´t think it would have lasted ten seasons if it had kept that same format. Still, it was a nice start and "matured" just at the right time with all the changes in S2. - In a technical sense, Kathy is right. The pilots are being shot, & its not a guarantee that ANY of the pilots currently being shot are actually going to make it into the Fall Season. DJE's new series is from the creator of Boomtown, I think the fellow is pretty well known, so it IMHO has a better shot given the cast, the writers, the producer, etc....DJE's own projects (which I think was part of the original deal for him to develop his OWN series & bring it to screen) didn't pan out at this time, so ABC & DJE went for an existing project, whose pilot is being shot & will hopefully make it to series come Fall :) Inside... -- Jennifer, 21:04:23 03/03/06 Fri

    - Haven't heard about that.....I know the production team consists of people from Boomtown who have worked together before, from what I've heard the deal is strictly a "talent" in the sense of acting on the show. Now if the show gets picked up, could there be directorial chances like with JAG? Probably, but as of right now, I haven't heard that the role is anything but strictly acting. Now that the Olympics are over I figured that we would see a new episode but NBC is showing Deal or No Deal all week. I checked out the web site and nothing is coming up for a new episode. Does anyone have any intel on this? I like this show and I hope it's not in jeopardy of being cancelled.

On another note, there's a new show starting up next week after NCIS called "The Unit". If it's any good that will be a big night for CBS following NCIS.

Speaking of NCIS, did anyone watch last night? The whole bit about the dad wanting to keep it a secret that his son had a kidney transplant. How in the heck was the son and the friend able to pull that off? That storyline was so unbelieveable I almost laughed. You don't just pop in for a kidney transplant and go back to active duty. How would he explain the scar on his belly? He would have to take anti-rejection drugs the rest of his life, etc., etc., the list goes on and on. that was really stretching..

- Usually I just lurk here, but am unlurking for a minute to answer your question. As far as I know E Ring was picked up for 22 episodes and has not been cancelled. They are suppose to air a new episode on March 8th, and there are 4 more listed on the schedule after that making 19 episodes with titles. If I had been the director and he did what he did, I think I would have to call him out on that, pretty arrogant, so arrogant that explains why I have never taken a liking to his character.     - I think they did address in the beginning of the year why Gibbs is not the director, he doesn't like kissing you know whats of TPTB (not the ones from the show, but gov. LOL!) BTW, WHAT IN THE $@*%#$)#$*%)$# were people thinking when they voted off Stacy and kept Jerry for the final two? Huh?????? Explain that to me??? Was it just a lot of football fans voting for him? I admit I voted for him a couple of times too, after Tia was off ... she should have stayed longer than George at least!!!!! But there was strategy involved. I voted for Jerry 'cause I liked him better than George and Lisa (she's too whiney and teary ... felt like saying "suck it up" ... but she's not a Marine ;-) And I figured Stacy and Drew were safe.

Stacy was the ABSOLUTE best and in the last two rounds got my votes. I figured it would have come down to Drew and Stacy and their partners, but never figured the top two would be Drew and Jerry!!!!!!! I can accept Drew winning because he was really good. It just makes me mad that Jerry beat Stacy. They should have added up the votes from all rounds and their performances from previous weeks too. There was a long time that I thought for sure Jerry was a goner, after that Master P left. And what's up with "P" staying around so long either?????? As I said before .... waht the !@#*($())%$)%*%)!*% were people THINKING??????

- Sorry to disagree Sunny, but I really thought Jerry deserved it more than Stacey because Jerry really had to work hard to get in the finale. It has been forever since I've had an opportunity to post here, although I lurk a lot to be sure I'm not missing anything. I was thrilled to see a pic of Carrots and DJE Girl. It only confirms what I thought and you are both beautiful people. If any of you ever vacation in the Sunny U.S. Virgin Islands let me know, I would love to meet you all.
Anyway I was wondering, has JAG been pulled from the lineup at Hallmark? I checked today and saw no episodes scheduled, and did not see JAG in the listing of shows. I may have missed a post about this in the past and I apologize if its already been discussed.
