1) One of the scenes has Mac telling the exact time. Harm asks how she does it and she replies "My mom was Swiss". I´m confused here...Wasn´t the native American heritage on her mother´s side?????

2) This thing with Mac and exact time-telling is something that kind of disappeared as the years went by never to be mentioned again. What other tidbits or quirks had the same fate??

I was watching NCIS episodes on USA last night when a U.S. Postal Service commercial came on, and guess who was informing an inquiring woman about where her package could be shipped? Scott Lawrence! I would recognize that deep baritone voice anywhere. Needless to say, it was a pleasant surprise during an otherwise boring commercial break.

Hope everyone's doing well. I've been crazy busy, but that hasn't stopped me from missing you guys.

        NAVAL Criminal Investigative Services...but seriously, I suppose they're based in L.A., because there are a number of Navy and Marine installations within shouting distance of LA and to the south San Diego, and to the north San Francisco, so it's centralized to those on the west coast. Also, they use "Bay Watch" officers from Malibu as back-ups!
