- The biggest trick was to turn JAG Headquarters into the Russian consulate and then to attack it! That was done this last Monday on 24 where, in an attempt to rescue Jack Bauer, CTU sent in an Ops team (with the permission of the Russian President). When they stormed the consulate, it was the outside of JAG Headquarters, complete with a red carpet leading from the little covered entryway, where Harm and Mac made The Baby Deal (which was consummated AFTER their celebration at McMurphy's) right out past the little white tables where lunch was always al fresco. What is the difference between an embrace and a hug? Are they the same thing? So, if we say "Harm hugs Mac", how does that differ from "Harm gives Mac an embrace"? I guess I try to be precise when it comes to JAG FFs!!! LOLOLOL

- If you get that little extra squeeze in, an embrace turns into a hug. But then again when I try to give the icky deacon at church a pius sideways hug, he turns it into an all out frontal embrace and on occasion has made it a full-out hug. ew. You embrace after a shared traumatic experience with a friend for mutual comfort, but if the hands start rubbing and caressing it turns into a hug. Okay I will not talk about my trip to Greensboro, or how it is to see family I haven't seen in 30 years or more.... some of whom apparently think I am still about six years old.."You read that obituary so well, Carrotts!" I had to refrain from reminding them that I'm all grown up now and have been reading for years. LOL! Anyway, I won't write about any of that...or my uncles bad driving, or the fact that they call my mother "Dumpsy". Dumpsy? ROTFLOL! No, in honor of Acer's trip to Hong Kong I'll pass along emails my niece sent home when she made a trip to Asia in 2001. What? I was cleaning out my overflowing email-box and found them and thought to share. They'll pass the time till a game or quiz comes along. I'll post them inside.

  - Hey!! No, the US is region 1 and Brazil is region 4, but if you get your DVD player make and model and google them you can get the codes to open it to any region. They´re usually something crazy like "Press 'power'. Then, press 'open'. Then, press '123'. Then, press 'play'" LOLOL But it works! That´s what we did, so ours will play any region. While I was thinking about my Disney trip, I was thinking about JAG (like always :):)! What do you think the favorite ride for our beloved characters?

I guess Mac would enjoy jungle adventure (do not ask me why... LOLOL).

Harm might enjoy Space Mountain or something "flying".

As for Bud, hmm, he might enjoy talking to Stich! LOLOL

Just wanted to jump in and wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

Today was the last time I shall have to hear the stinkin' alarm till January 9th. I think I shall pause and do a little happy dance around my desk.. .. .. twice.

I'm leaving this evening for Chicago - and home - and family - and old friends - and my hope is that all of you are feeling what I am feeling right now, this Season. Truly, it is a blessing. Oh, no, that sounds old. Am I speaking like an old person? Shoot. Party down, homies!

Anywho, I'll try and check in from Mom's but I will have to share the computer (and phoneline) with the masses. Twenty somethings suck. Teens suck. Tweens suck. The kids are pre-suckers. LOL! This woman who now lives alone in the middle of nowhere loves the chaos and noise...for a while. LOL!

And no I'm not ready to go. I'm at work - wasting time on the computer. Much to do before I leave for two 1/2 weeks. Haven't packed. Dishes in the sink. Load of laundry to do. Car needs an oil change. Somehow my brain has a glitch that thinks I'm supposed to have to do my own flying down the highway to get to the air-port, and then race down the concourse to catch a plane. It is what I must do. LOL!

Then it came to me - my holiday is over and real life is back and that ruckus was my alarm clock I got the first day back blues. thank Hope for capturing the Season 2 features for us. I fianlly have time to watch it (BTW, students' midterm week is teacher's happy week -- since no classes to prepare!! YEAH!! Evil smile ;).

Boy, it made me realize how much I miss JAG, the cast and the old time when we hang out in the MBs (like at the Rose Garden, the old CB MB... etc.) to talk everything about JAG!!! It was not only good experience for the actors, but for us, too. I am glad I did it!!!
