Subject: I really wanted Private Practice to blow me away. I love Addison. I think Shonda is brilliant. I, too, was underwhelmed. I don't particularly like it when I can guess a plot. When I can practically say the dialog along with the characters I really hate it. I'll tivo it for a few more weeks to give them time to catch their stride but that's it.
In reply to: Sooze 's message, "Did any of you watch Private Practice last night? They stole a storyline directly from JAG!!!" on 13:27:10 09/27/07 Thu

[> [> This reminds of me of an ep of Studio 60 (love it, btw) I saw the other day. Somebody comes up with a joke and they put it on the air. Later, they find out that a comedian had used it on a stand-up performance a year earlier. They contact the guy only to find out he had copied it from someone else. Long story made short, they find out that THEY had originally come up with that joke for one of their shows years earlier! LOL -- Lucia ... No wonder good shows are hard to find these days ..., 09:00:09 09/28/07 Fri
