Subject: I LOL at Hand's, too. I have a guy on my team I call "Hands". The "BL" Hands taught me that no matter what he comes up with I've gotta be patient and nice. Some days it takes everything I've got. LOL! I'm back in management training next week - let's hope I do better this time. But hey, at least my boss admitted that he failed the final in that same class I took last year, too. LOL!
