Hi Kayla,
First of all relax, it is probably not as bad as you think. On the induction part of the Atkins plan a great deal of the wieght loss is from water. carbohydrate bind to water. Try this get your self some keytostix and start checking your urin to see if you are in keytosis. check it about 45 min after your walk. if you are even slightly in ketosis you are deffenetly burning fat. a couple of things to remember are: When exersising you need to keep your heart rate up for at 20 min. to start burning fat. If you just started exercising .. walk fast until your heart rate is up then slow down and try to maintain an elivated level with out wiping your self out.
Don't wrry about the scall worry about how your closth are fitting. The scale can be very decieving. People wiegh differently at different times of the month.. both men and woman. so try the keytostix. It is are very encouraging to see that you are burning fat.
