Rossi,

You don't say how old you are or what your ideal weight is but the only way to loose excess skin is if you are prepared to get down to 10-15% body fat and perform regular, strenuous exercise with a body builder's type diet. Ever seen a body builder with excess skin? A marathon runner? Lance Armstrong? These are all men with 5-7% body fat. Women doing same things are 11-15% bodyfat. Look into "Body For Life" book by Bill Philips for a good balanced diet that will support loosing weight in a healthy manner. High proteen, coplex carbs, necessary fats (but low fat) I've lost 70lbs and gone from 35% body fat to 12% I've got about 7-8lbs of fat to go. I'm convinced loose skin can be lost without surgery but I'm not there yet. Skin around neck and knees is biggest concern. I figure it could take another 6 months. The key is not to stop until you get there. Good before and after pictures on www.bodyforlife.com to inspire you. Good luck!
