I usually hardboil a dozen or two eggs ahead of time, also i will cook bacon ahead of time. Open fridge in morning, grab 2 or 3 eggs, a couple slices of bacon and some cheese, pop the bacon in the microwave and peel the eggs while bacon is heating. You have a nice breakfast in less than a minute. If I need a switch from plain hardboiled eggs i will devil them or make egg salad.

If that is still too much to do then possibly try the Atkins (or abother brand) of bars and shakes.

Some easy snacks are Macadamia nuts, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese, Atkins Endulge Bars, pork rinds.
