Darn rubber scales anyway! Yep, 235 one day the next 230 the next 232. Mine doesn't bounce up and down just a pound or two at a time, it can be as much as five pounds smaller or larger in just a day's time.

That is why for June I've decided to focus on inches. I put up a measurement (inches lost) database on flocers. I got brave and even pre-TOM like I am I posted today's measurements. I'm planning to try and do some serious weight training this month and see if I can't drop some inches rather than worry about pounds.

I tried on my size 18 jeans this morning just to see if they would still fasten. They do, but not in such a way that I would want to wear them just now. So I posted my size as 18 to 20. I'd really like to be able to wear my size 16 jeans before the end of the month. Or at least be able to put them on and have them fit as well (or should I say badly?) as my size 18s did today.

Summer is here, it is time to get out and have fun, wear shorts, put on a bathing suit (Yeah right as if I would ever do that!) and go play.

I like the daily weigh, weekly average thing. I've done that in the past and then charted it. Charting weight loss is really inspirational, especially when you are losing!

I wouldn't try it now, because I rarely lose weight once I hit the weight I am at now. 232 seems to be my big barrier to get past. I've been lower than that a few times lately, but darn scale keeps bouncing back up above it again. GOTTA remember to eat more. That seems to be my big problem.
