Sounds like you are doing great! I'm still bouncing around like a billiard ball in weight, last month for the first time I hit a new low of 227, but it didn't last. This month I'm determined to get that back and some more besides. Decided to focus on inches and clothing size though, the scale gets too discouraging with all its ups and downs.

I'm re-reading Protein Power and getting a lot out of it, planning to buy the ZONE book too and see if it has anything new to teach me. Still searching everywhere for whatever it will take to get me out of this plateau. Consistency is one thing, I know, excercise is another (and I'm trying). Protein Power says drink a glass of wine with your meals so I bought some wine. A certain website I went to said to increase calories, and that worked to the tune of five pounds last month, (two of which are still gone).

It is hard for me to do--increase calories, I feel like I am eating way more than I want, but I do believe it was the key last month to dropping the additional weight, so I'm trying for that again.

Otherwise same old, same old. But I'm still here and I'm still trying.
