Subject: Similar exeriences???

Oh man, it has been a while since i have posted here, most of the summer in fact! Well i did good and bad this summer, at the beginning i was at the lowest weight i have been at in 2 years, but then i went camping with my family and it was just too dang hard to find foods to keep me full during the week i was there so guess what? That's right, i ended up cheating and all hell broke loose! Well i was on my carb loading for about 12 days til i said NO MORE! and then i resumed induction cold turkey, this is my 4th day back into ketosis and im going strong, jogging nightly, as well as doing a bunch of situps. Now i DO have a question for you all. In my experiences i can gain and loose about 10 pounds in about 2 days. I am pretty sure that part of this may be due to water, but it also seems to show in my clothes every time i go up or down. Has anyone else experienced similar situations? Well, i am doing a lot better eating wise, and i am really happy since i found a great brand of salad dressing that is Less than one carb per 2 tablespoons! that is soo awesome considering the last stuff was 2 carbs per 2 tablespoons. Well i wish everyone health and happiness, and i hope ill post to the board more often!
