Subject: Pork Rinds-

Rio--you can't eat JUST pork rinds. Also, they say they have zero carbs, but if something has less than one carb, the companies are allowed to list it as zero. Pork rinds (that I've had anyway) have about 3/4 of a carb (.75). You can find this out on other stuff too by running the info into the hidden carbs computer. Here's the link.

Hope that helps!!

Oh, I was getting to the point that I was eating about a bag a day of these & I wasn't losing. Probably because of all the added salt.

  • Pimento cheese spread (deli style has about 3 carbs per serving) is really good on porkrinds. I have a friend that even bakes it on them to make appetizers. Sounds weird, but it's good! (NT) -- Shara, 14:11:18 08/21/02 Wed
