Ok you've been dieting for two months. How much did you weigh when you started? How much have you lost? How long has it been since you have lost any weight?

Sometimes it comes off so fast for us at the beginning that if a day or two goes by without a new loss we think something is wrong. It isn't.

On this diet you tend to lose really rapidly. But sometimes after a certain amount of rapid weight loss your body has to stop and regroup.

One of the girls was complaining a month ago that she was stalled after losing 18 pounds. She was feeling discouraged. Now a month later she has lost 32 pounds (or somewhere close). It wasn't a true stall, obviously, she just needed to be patient.

Of course, your situation may be different, there may be other factors involved. Are you drinking enough water? Are you eating enough calories? Are you really sticking to low carb? or are there hidden carbs creeping in? Are you measuring your ketosis levels and are you still in ketosis?

Have you been eating a lot of the "low carb" bars? How about nitrates? (things like bacon and processed meats?) How many carbs a day are you eating?

In order to advise you I need to know some of these things. People who don't have a lot of weight to lose sometimes lose it slower. Or if you lost a lot at first, your body may be in shock and trying to hold onto some weight. Our bodies do that. Are you consuming enough calories that your body doesn't think it is starving? Are you excercising?

Have you taken your measurements or a smaller size clothing to mark your progress by that?

I had a friend try the diet, and she "never lost a pound" over a whole month. But she came to work one day and showed me some pants she was wearing and she said "I haven't been able to fit into these for YEARS". For some people it shows up as inches lost rather than pounds.

For me, I lost about 50 pounds in the first 8 months and have lost at max only 9 pounds (in the nearly two years) since then. But by taking my measurements I found that I had lost like 23.5 inches since that initial 50 pounds left. This indicates a lot of fat lost while building muscle. Since muscle weighs more than fat, and is more active tissue this is important. Yes sometimes it gets discouraging, and I give up a lot and cheat (which will totally destroy a lot of the results you would have otherwise), but it is still progress.

I doubt if this is what has happened to you after only two months, but it is a possibility. Eating more protein makes it possible for your body to build more muscle, and you could be stalling on the pounds lost in favor of fat lost, muscle gained. Since muscle weighs more than fat in the same volume, this could look like no progress if you are only measuring by the scale.

People who are really into this thing buy calipers and measure their body fat percentages instead of relying solely on the scale. If you are excercising along with your diet this might be a recommendation.
