Go to www.fitday.com and complete the registration.

If you have already set up an account there, go to the home page after you log in and check your activity level and your current weight.

Next go to reports, and check the "Am I burning the calories I eat?" report. It will show you how many calories you need to maintain your current weight. Eat less than that, but no more than about 900 less than that.

Otherwise... multiply current weight by 12 and eat that many calories a day. This is not quite as accurate as it doesn't take your activity level into account.
