Subject: Induction is a way for your body to get into ketosis.....
In reply to: Cindy 's message, "Why induction...." on 15:24:32 08/27/02 Tue

20 grams really is nothing more than a guideline. Some people need to go lower, others can go higher depending on your metabolic resistance.

If you can get into ketosis on 35 grams a day then i say go for it.

  • You don't have to go on induction at all. The main reason for induction is to let you know that it works, and how well and how fast it works. If you don't want to go that low, then don't. (NT) -- Sherry, 16:02:55 08/27/02 Tue
