I too am 41,and i've been doing the atkins diet for 10 weeks.I started out weighing 260 lbs and now weigh 216,i've lost 44 lbs. already.LC is the way to go!It really does work,i'm testimony to that.Good luck,and i wish you lots of success.Do you have any of the low carb books,that you can read? Because they really help out alot with explaining things and with all your questions(which if you're like me...you'll have many)again,good luck
