Subject: Thanks Sherry. No, I don't think I've pulled or torn anything. I mean I'm sore all over, but the main problem is my quads. I've been doing 2 sets of 10 on the quad machine at work, but I guess that wasn't working them enough for what happened on Monday. I appreciate you asking for me.
In reply to: Sherry 's message, "Ok Kel I will ask. I think (personally) you should put your feet up and rest them for as long as you can. Sounds like you overstressed the muscles. You don't think you have injured yourself do you? Not swollen or torn ligaments? If it is just unused muscles that you suddenly overused, rest is the best thing. But I will ask the board and get back to you." on 14:56:48 08/28/02 Wed

  • Oh another thing, you might want to add some calcium, and magnesium to your diet for a few days. (Maybe a little potassium too,) They are good for muscles. (NT) -- Sherry, 23:58:32 08/28/02 Wed
