My official goal is 5 pounds, but I'm hoping for much more than that. Our wiegh in days are Tuesdays and Saturdays and I have set up a database on Flocers http://groups.yahoo.com/group/flocers/ and listed 1 pound per weigh in day as my goals. I know that is asking a lot, but I'm thinking of starting to do the Body for Life workouts (or as close as I can get to it) for awhile just to see if I'm up to it. The next official BFL challenge starts Oct 7th. If I can get used to that intense of workouts, I may just sign up for the official challenge and go the whole 12 weeks on his program. In the meantime I'm going to keep on trying to keep my metabolism elevated by eating frequently and excercising my butt off.

I'm hoping to be down one more pound tomorrow morning and then I will be at my lowest low since I started Atkins. After that I will be ready to ROCK during September.
