OK, today marks the beginning of a new month. 11:00am, and so far so good. I have decided to plan out every meal for the month, that way I don't have to hear from my husband "what's for dinner?" I think that I might be able to do less grocery shopping. We went and bought an extra fridge, one for them and one for me now. That way I don't "accidently" eat something in theirs that I am not supposed to have. Also made my own lil spot in the pantry, so now I have no excuses. Have any of you every been to the Salvation Army thrift stores? If not you ought to go. We were able to find a "in good condition, and working" fridge/freezer there for $10.00. Not bad, eh. tonite, we are having roast, gonna fix some rice and green beans to go with it. No rice for me! Going walking out on the pond this afternoon with the kids, I am going to try and do this everyday, usually takes an hour to go all the way around, we might stop and do a little fishing while we are out there, depends on if anyone wants to carry the fishing poles. Well good luck to everyone who decided to do this months challenge. I can't wait for October now! By then I hope to be down at least 5-10 pounds, I figure if I work hard this month that might happen. I would like to see 160 by my birthday in November. I am at 174 right now. Thats 14 pounds to shed, if I work real hard I should be able to go lower than that, but I think it isn't unreasonable. It gives me 2 months to work on it. Since starting I have lost only 12 pounds, not enough in my book, but thats because I was being a whimp and cheating here and there. Then I got sick and that messed me up... but guess now I need to toughen up eh? I am going to be restrictive with myself and just deal with it! Any ways Best of Luck!!!
