What all does a Red Cross volunteer do? I had a bad experience with them when our house flooded, they refused any assistance to us. Now we are finding out that the Emergency Services director back then was giving out false information to all the people who flooded when I did. They are now trying to make up for the wrongs, but it is almost a year later, we flooded back in November 2001. Let me know what you know about anything like that, or what you know that the Red Cross provides to flood victims. I would really appreciate it.Thanks
