I saw this exact program a while ago. I may be wrong, but this "documentary" may had been made before doctors and researchers realized that they were wrong all these years about low-fat diets and Atkins was right about low-carbs. It was really recently when it was all the thing on the news about studies showing scientific proof that the Atkins (and other similar) diets were more accurate. That would be my guess as to why the program didn't mention carbs, because they were still informed about the old-school low-fat diets. I think the documentary has been around for a little over a year, plus that's not considering all the time it actually took to film and edit it. That's just my two cents.....Don't know if it's right, but it sounded logical to me ;P.
