Subject: advice?

I've realized over the past couple days that I am almost content with my weight. I think I'm about 142 and would love to lose another ten pounds but I'm no longer depressed or in a rush. I also find it boring and difficult to stay on induction, due to the fact that I don't eat meat. I', not sure about 10lbs, I have a great deal of muscle mass, but it would be nice. Anyway do you think its alright to up my carbs now? I would be happy to lose 5lbs in the month of September, I wonder if I can do it on 25 to 35 carbs a day. I was eating about 20 to 25 when I lost the rest of the weight.
