Subject: Good morning everyone

Well I started on Saturday so I guess today is day 6 of my new Body for Life program. I'm finding the excercise on my weight lifting days to not be near as hard as I anticipated. Aerobics day is today and I'm having a hard time psyching myself up for it, but I will do it. (Just not yet).

Three more days of workouts (including today) for this week and then I get a day off. I'm wondering how that day off will feel. I might just want to work out anyway, I'm so excited about making these changes that I sometimes feel frustrated that I've already done my workout for the day and can't do more at night. I mean I guess I could, but overtraining isn't supposed to be helpful, but harmful.

Anyway how is everyone else doing on the challenge?
