you might just surprise yourself and find that this diet really isn't bad at all.I'll tell you, when i first started 11 weeks ago,a friend of mine begged me to start lc'ing with her, let's do it together she said.I was very reluctant...i didnt want to fail,i thought...like with most other diets,it was going to be hard,i was going to be hungry all the time, and i was going to be depriving myself of foods that i really like.but...i got the book and started the diet on the same day.I have not felt this good in probably 15 years.I have never felt hungry, i have never felt deprived,yes..i do have times when i miss certain foods but...seeing those lbs disapppear, week after week, and seeing my energy level skyrocket...is worth more than any french fry,or piece of cake.i've really come to enjoy eggs in the morning..and all the other foods i eat.You will feel this way too, once you get started.I've lost 47 lbs. in 11 weeks on this woe,and if i can...anyone can.Good luck getting started..you're on your way to discovering an amazing wol.keep us posted with your progress. KIM

  • Ummmm k, I still get hungry on mine; but then mine restricts protein & I'm only 20 lbs from goal so I required to eat less to lose. I soooo envy people who "never get hungry" on this plan. (NT) -- Kel, 20:20:13 09/07/02 Sat
